Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 3-4 business days of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Beefeaters offers four shipping options for delivery in the 48 contiguous U.S. Shipping is not available to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses the Virgin Islands and Guam. Expedited shipping (2nd Day and Next Day) is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Canada.

You pay only one shipping & handling charge based on the value of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.

All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories (that do not have 5-digit USPS Zip Codes) are exempt from Standard Ground Delivery. Please select your expedited delivery option during checkout.

  • Additional shipping surcharges for heavy or oversized items may apply.
  • No products on the Web site are offered for sale or shipped where prohibited by state law.
  • Shipping surcharges on select items will be collected as noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping cart.
Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost. It's part of our no-risk customer guarantee.

We believe that your email address is private information and you have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your email address to anyone. We use your email address to send you order-related emails, like shipping confirmations, as well as informational/sale newsletters.

We will always try to contact you by phone if we have a question about an order you placed. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we may also try to contact you by email.

You may opt out at any time from any or ALL newsletters in the series, either online or by using the links provided in every newsletter issue.

Shipping Options

*Order total does not include any applicable sales tax or shipping surcharges. In addition to the respective Value Ground rate:

  • An added fee of $15 will be added on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
  • An added fee of $19 ($15.00 + $4.00 brokerage fee) will be added on shipments to Canada.
Weight Fees

Certain products and oversized or bulky items, have a shipping surcharge. Surcharges for a product are indicated on the product's page as well as in your shipping total.

United States Sales Tax

Beefeaters is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey.The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact the customer service center and provide them with the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting our customer service associates at 1-800-447-3872 x145, before entering your order will help to avoid billing adjustments. Applicable Sales Tax for the state of Florida may apply.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please call 1-800-447-3872 to request a form.Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.

Order is Damage, Defective or the Wrong Item was Shipped
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-800-447-3872 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
